Francesca recently earned a Master of Arts in International Studies with a thesis focusing on integrating a gender perspective into corporate due diligence processes. Her research proposes an innovative model to promote gender equality and mitigate the negative impacts of business activities on women and girls, offering concrete and applicable solutions for companies.  

 

From September to December 2023, Francesca interned at HRIC where she contributed to organizing the 7th edition of the BHR Summer School, where she served as a classroom tutor, managed social media communication and provided administrative support.

Currently, she serves as coordinator for the association, providing internal coordination and overseeing the social media communication, she is also the editor of the monthly newsletter. 

 

In her free time, Francesca is dedicated to volunteering and activism, collaborating with organizations such as Amnesty International Italia, the World Food Forum Italy Chapter, and Orizzonti Politici.  

 

A native Italian speaker, Francesca is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
