Francesca has been an experienced lawyer admitted to Bar in Milan. She mainly dealt with Criminal Law, both domestic and European, and Immigration Law. She was responsible for Legislative Decree 231/2001 related issues. She provided assistance in human rights cases related to Criminal Law and Immigration Law, acting before national, European and international courts, including the European Court of Human Rights.
After completing a Master's degree in Law at the University of Pavia (Italy), Francesca earned a Ph.D in Public Law, International & Criminal Justice from the same University.
Francesca completed her training as an attorney at Pulitanò Zanchetti Law Firm and at Calesella Law Firm. She was legal assistant at the European Anti-Fraud Office of the European Commission (OLAF). She also undertook a traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights, Research Division. She worked with Prof. Bruno Nascimbene with regards to applications in front of the European Court of Human Rights and she has also been Teaching and Research Assistant in EU and International Law at the University of Pavia.
Francesca is Italian native speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish languages.
