Katia Saro is a corporate sustainability consultant and trainer, academic lecturer, and profit–nonprofit partnership advisor. After studying "International and Diplomatic Studies," she began her career as a project manager for international NGOs and UN agencies in Kosovo, Albania, and Lebanon, earning a Master's in "International Affairs" from ISPI, Milan. 

Returning to Italy, she managed corporate fundraising programs while studying "Psychological Sciences and Techniques."

With over 20 years of experience, she now consults as a freelancer in corporate sustainability, collaborates with the UN Global Compact Network Italy, and teaches at both the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and SUMAS - Sustainability Management School..

She is dedicated to social innovation through solidarity and sustainability for an equitable society.
