Martina works as Independent Consultant and SA8000 Social Auditor, by supporting Italian companies in developing CSR and sustainability strategies.

Martina graduated in International Relations at “LUISS Guido Carli” University in Rome (Italy), after conducting a research project on CSR in China at European Commission in Brussels, and She holds her Master Degree in Green Management, Energy e CSR at “Luigi Bocconi” University in Milan. During her academic career, she spent a semester at Sciences-Po in Paris (France) and she attended a Specialization Course in Chinese Business at UIBE University in Beijing (China).
Since 2012 she has been supporting companies in projects of sustainability and diversity and in 2022, she founded the consulting company ESG Boutique. She works as a lecturer at LUMSA University, the 24h Business School and Temple University, Rome Campus. She is a co-founder of Young Women Network.

Since 2019 she is part of Women20 Italy, the official engagement group of the G20 on gender equality, where in 2020 she was chosen as Sherpa and Spokesperson for the Italian presidency of the G20. Since 2022 she has also been a Gender Advisor at Women7 (G7) and in 2023 she was appointed Co-Chair for the Italian presidency of the G7 2024. According to Start up Italy she is one of the 100 women who is changing Italy and in 2020 is among the change-makers chosen by Pope Francis to redesign a new sustainable economy. Over the last years, she lived in France, Belgium, China and Turkey.
Martina is an Italian native speaker, she fluently speaks English, French and Portuguese. She has a good command of Spanish and a basic one of Chinese.
